What data I collect

Only the data you enter in the contact form: name, email address, type of project, event date (optional) and the content of your message.

Why and legal basis

I use this data solely to reply to your enquiry and, if you wish, to prepare a quote or arrange a service. The legal basis is your request and pre-contractual measures taken at your request (art. 6.1.b GDPR).

Who receives the data

These providers may process data outside the European Economic Area under the safeguards required by the GDPR (such as standard contractual clauses). I do not sell your data or use it for marketing.

How long I keep it

For as long as needed to handle your request and any resulting work. Afterwards, enquiries that did not lead to a project are deleted, normally within 24 months. If a service is provided, data needed for accounting and tax purposes is kept for the period required by law.

Your rights

You can ask for access, correction, deletion, restriction or portability of your data, and object to its processing, by writing to kev.molteni@gmail.com. You can also lodge a complaint with the Italian data protection authority (Garante per la protezione dei dati personali, garanteprivacy.it).

Cookies

This site does not use tracking or profiling cookies. Language and light/dark theme preferences are stored only in your browser, and are not sent to me. Fonts are loaded from Google Fonts, which may receive your IP address when the page loads.

Solo i dati che inserisci nel modulo contatti: nome, indirizzo email, tipo di progetto, data dell'evento (facoltativa) e testo del messaggio.

Finalità e base giuridica

Uso questi dati esclusivamente per risponderti e, se vuoi, preparare un preventivo o concordare un servizio. La base giuridica è la tua richiesta e le misure precontrattuali adottate su tua richiesta (art. 6.1.b GDPR).

Chi riceve i dati

Questi fornitori possono trattare i dati anche fuori dallo Spazio economico europeo con le garanzie previste dal GDPR (ad esempio le clausole contrattuali standard). Non vendo i tuoi dati e non li uso per fini di marketing.

Per quanto tempo li conservo

Per il tempo necessario a gestire la tua richiesta e l'eventuale lavoro che ne deriva. Dopo, le richieste che non hanno portato a un progetto vengono eliminate, normalmente entro 24 mesi. Se viene svolto un servizio, i dati necessari agli obblighi contabili e fiscali sono conservati per il periodo previsto dalla legge.

Puoi chiedere accesso, rettifica, cancellazione, limitazione o portabilità dei tuoi dati e opporti al loro trattamento scrivendo a kev.molteni@gmail.com. Puoi anche proporre reclamo al Garante per la protezione dei dati personali (garanteprivacy.it).
